Unlike most companies that almost exclusively use drones for business, ACE did not start with a drone. Instead of “how can I use this drone to make money,” it became about how can I take my love of construction and evaluating and supercharge them with the latest in drone technology and mapping software and actually have an elevated product. While flying around the country doing evaluations for a client that owned a national chain, I began to really think of the value the evaluations I was doing could have. If a company has properties spread out, having a detailed evaluation with a date attached to it could be paramount in numerous applications. Applications include being able to compare if that pothole is new or if it was cropping up at the last evaluation, or maybe a property sale is taking place and the buyer wants to see the actual conditions of the properties they are looking to purchase.

I have walked a lot of property in a lot of states and gotten very familiar with how to properly document and map repair areas so that you as the client can easily understand the status of your property or projects.
