FAQ

We are here to offer an unbiased 3rd Party view of your properties and sites. We are not offering you an evaluation because we also happen to own an asphalt company that could use some business. On a similar note, we are not taking one-sided photos to hide certain falsities...unless that is the mission, of course.

We are currently offering Evaluations and Aerial Photography in all 50 States. All aerial drone work limitations are set by the FAA. ACE can request LAANC approval and submit waivers to the FAA for more difficult areas. Check the Pricing Tips page for the map showing areas available for recurring Progress Reporting.

Believe us when we say that no one wanted an easier pricing structure than us. After trying to deploy one properly and having no success along with FAA Regulations and airspace being different all over the country, it was necessary to just take it one job at a time. ACE can turn quotes around quickly, so we don't keep you waiting.

Not in the traditional sense. We do aerial photography and videography as well as ground photos as it relates to Land, Subdivisions, and Management/Construction of Properties.

Just let us know the address and a description of what service you need, and we can let you know what is possible after we check the airspace. Most areas are available. In certain cases, there might be an altitude limit or an area that needs special permission to enter.

Of course. In the event that you have ACE scheduled for recurring visits, you can retain ACE with a set sum, and you will receive invoices against that retainer until it runs out. Due to the nature of this service mostly being for a project span, clients under retainer receive priority scheduling.

When it comes to getting the right photos with a drone, weather is a huge factor. We can fly in 14° to 104° F, but the cost to fly in freezing temperatures increases due to having to compensate for how much the cold affects the flight time. We also check for wind speed, precipitation and visibility before taking off.

Drones are currently available on the consumer market. This means that anyone can purchase one and get it in the air. Whether they are doing that legally or not, is down to how they use it. Legally, you cannot fly a drone in the US without a Part 107 License unless you are strictly flying for fun and without any intention other than basically zooming around...well...just to fly around. Most professional drone operators do not condone all of the negative attention the bad drone users create in the media. Drones give us such a new way to see ourselves and our work. They are allowing so many types of inspections to take place without risking personal injury or worse. If you currently see drones in a negative light, just try and remember that some of us actually went through classes and had to pass an exam by a federal administration in order to do this within regulations.

Deposits are only required under certain circumstances. It is safe to say that if a plane or a hotel is needed, then so would a deposit.

ACE is insured for every flight it takes. If you need our Proof of Insurance, it is available upon request.

Deliverable is anything you are expecting out of the project. Whether that be a PDF Map, JPEG Photos, TIFF, PNG, MP4 Video, etc.
